2. What ages do you work with?
We work with children from infancy through school age. If you're unsure whether your child qualifies, reach out—we're happy to help.

3. How do I know if my child needs speech therapy?
If you're concerned about your child's speech, language, or feeding skills—or if others have trouble understanding them—it’s a good idea to schedule an evaluation.

4. Do I need a referral to start therapy?
In most cases, a referral isn’t required, but some insurance plans may request one. We can help guide you based on your specific situation.

5. What happens during a speech evaluation?
Your child will participate in fun, play-based activities that help us understand their speech, language, and/or feeding abilities. Afterward, we’ll share our findings and discuss next steps.

6. How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions last 30 minutes.

7. How often will my child come to therapy?
This depends on your child’s goals. Most children attend 1–2 sessions per week.

8. Do you take insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with several major providers. BCBS, Tri Care, United Healthcare, Aetna, Alabama Medicaid

9. What if I don’t have insurance?
We offer private pay options. Evaluations: $230 Therapy: $65 per visit

10. Can I sit in on sessions?
Absolutely! Parent involvement is encouraged, and we often give tips so you can support your child’s progress at home.

11. Will I get homework or things to work on at home?
Yes! We believe progress happens faster when therapy continues beyond the clinic. We’ll provide simple, practical activities you can do at home.

12. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
